Prepared for Nuritas

Category Credibility

Decide what Nuritas is. Then make the world repeat it.

July 2026

How we see you

Sixteen years of science,
and no agreed answer to what you are.

Two

Two companies, one name

An AI peptide discovery platform that L’Oreal and P&G come to, and an ingredient manufacturer. Both real, both good, and the market is asked to hold both at once. Until that is resolved, every piece of communication has to explain the company before it can sell anything.

Human trials

The asset nobody else has

Three or four ingredients proven in human clinical trials, including work run with Stanford Sports Medicine. In a category where ten thousand products make unproven claims, clinically proven is not a feature. It is the whole argument, and it is currently buried.

Wired

A tier one, spent early

A Wired interview is hard to get and harder to get twice. Spending one before the positioning is settled is the most expensive kind of coverage there is. The next one should land on a company that knows exactly what it is claiming, and why it is the only one who can.

European

The story that is being left on the table

A Dublin AI lab, European science, European ownership of the data. At the moment the company is told to break America first. The more valuable and far less crowded position is to be the European authority in this category, and that is a story told from Europe, not from New York.

The Ask

Name the category. Then own it.

FIRST: DEFINE

Settle what Nuritas is, and build the brand architecture that holds it.

One umbrella brand that lifts everything under it, rather than a set of product names competing with their own parent. A category built on the one claim competitors cannot make, clinical proof in humans, and a positioning that separates ingestible, evidenced peptides from the injectables and from the ten thousand things that promise the same result and prove none of it.

THEN: EARN

Make Nuritas the name quoted whenever peptides are discussed seriously.

Trade, business and industry media, where the buyers actually are, rather than beauty blogs. European first, because that is where the differentiated story lives and where the competition is not. A programme built so that every placement compounds the category rather than describing a product.

The Approach

Start now. August is the run-up, not the wait.

01 · August

The category, and the architecture

A competitive and situational review of who else occupies this space and where Nuritas should sit against them. Then the category itself, named and defined around clinical proof, and a brand architecture where Nuritas is the parent that makes everything beneath it more valuable. Done through August, so the new Chief Brand Officer arrives to finished work rather than a blank page.

02 · August

The reintroduction

After sixteen years, a company this good needs reintroducing rather than announcing. The first moment is the Chief Brand Officer appointment itself, a genuine Irish business story that can be written, placed and timed to the twenty fourth. It needs none of the rebrand to exist, it sets the tone for everything after it, and it proves the machine works before anything larger is committed.

03 · From September

Trade, business and industry

The earned programme, aimed where the buyers are. Ingredients, functional food, health and beauty trade press, alongside business and technology media in Ireland, the UK and Europe. Founder profile built around the science she can explain better than anyone, positioned as the authority on evidenced peptides rather than a commentator on wrinkles.

04 · From September

Partnerships, and the lab as the proof

The Dublin lab is a better asset than any trade stand. Bringing the right partners and the right journalists to it, under NDA and on the record respectively, does more than a year of conference presence. We build the partnership approach around it and open the doors that a European network opens.

Investment

Six months from August. Positioning first, programme second.

€12.5k / month

Monthly retainer

Six months from an August start, one flat monthly fee. Month one weights to category, positioning and brand architecture, so the groundwork is finished as the new Chief Brand Officer comes in. From September the weight moves to the earned programme and partnerships. €75,000 in total, exclusive of VAT, with a review at the midpoint before the balance is committed.

  • ◆  Brand architecture and messaging platform
